SignStix Ltd is a small innovative software company specialising in digital engagement for big retail brands and beyond. Our core product is the SignStix platform – an award-winning cloud-based system that allows customers to interact with their audiences via digital screens and connected technology, such as touchscreens, RFID readers, barcode scanners, push-buttons, and IoT devices. We also undertake bespoke client projects, integrating our core platform into the client’s domain.


We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and engaging Senior Account Manager to join our growing team, delivering high levels of support and customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for account and relationship management for our new and existing client base, providing pre and post-sales contact and support. You will work closely with our clients and your SignStix colleagues through a range of initiatives to develop and implement effective business planning and sales techniques.

As Senior Account Manager, you’ll develop your own pipeline of business from our existing and target clients, developing the relationships and delivering ongoing account management duties to retain and gain repeat business.

You have the opportunity to take on a management role within our small sales/account management team to help shape the future direction of client engagement.

You will need a proven track record within the software/services sector or in another competitive, high activity b2b sales position.

Your Skills

We are looking for strong candidates with the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years account management experience
  • Clean UK driving license
  • A keenness to learn, develop, sharpen your skills
  • The ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively
  • The ability to build rapport with new and existing clients
  • A team player with a strong sense of initiative
  • Proven track record within the software/services sector
