Meet David, SignStix’s New Lead Full Stack Developer
SignStix is pleased to announce David Hurren has been appointed as the new Lead Full Stack Developer. David is the newest recruit to the SignStix team to help broaden the SignStix product range.
David brings over 30 years of experience with him to SignStix, he’s proficient in a very wide range of software tools and technologies, ranging from Micro-Controllers, Mobile and Desktop apps, to Cloud Services. He’s held senior and lead development roles in the broadcast, defence, industrial and medical sectors and worked on numerous multi-million-pound global projects therefore he has a good appreciation for all aspects of software engineering, project lifecycles and of course… teamwork!
He’s also the proud author of the popular Android development tool called ‘DroidScript’, which has well over 2 million downloads on Google Play, so he’s also considered an expert in Android app development – which is the main platform used by SignStix products.
Commenting on his appointment, David said, “I’m very pleased to join the SignStix team and I’m excited about the company’s potential for growth. I think my wide range of technical experience, problem-solving skills and creative ideas will help deliver quality, stability and scalability to the current offerings, as well as help broaden the company’s product range in new and exciting ways.”
