Digital Menu Video Wall

SignStix had the privilege of helping Marks and Spencer Cafe in installing a digital menu video wall and as a result, helped them on their mission to improve and modernise communications with its customers.

THE SOLUTION

The company wished to enhance its vibrant brand identity by installing a dynamic digital signage video menu board, providing them with large screens that incorporate colourful imagery with menus that can be economically and easily updated as seasons and ingredients change.

SignStix’s partners, ITG – a global technology-led marketing business and Conceptunet – a digital installation business, delivered a full digital signage installation for Marks and Spencer Café in their Manchester Arndale Centre store.

The store features a stunning 8m x 2m digital menu board above the counter of their café, an integral part of a major flagship store refurbishment.

The digital menu board was created using twenty-one Philips 49” X Line video wall screens mounted on pop-out brackets to enable easy ongoing maintenance. Conceptunet installed and deployed the SignStix CMS platform via dedicated media players to provide ongoing cloud-based management of content deployment.

All of Marks and Spencer’s content has been designed by ITG and the video deployed using SignStix’s easy-to-use web-based platform.

As a result, using SignStix’s CMS platform, SignStix, ITG and Conceptunet were able to deliver a truly stunning custom digital solution.

Dean Smith, Head of Digital Signage at ITG:

SignStix has given us a great platform to engage Marks and Spencer’s customers. The solutions provide us with easy means to instantly deploy content to the store.

Ian Carnazza, Head of Business Development at Conceptunet

SignStix runs on any screen or display and can connect to any physical internet-connected device. It connects and coordinates everything to offer a truly customisable experience.
