SignStix had the privilege of helping Nicholls Tyreman on their mission to improve and modernise marketing communications with its clients.
The estate agents, located in Harrogate, installed an eye-catching video wall and digital signage as part of their office and window display.
Nicholls Tyreman had a vision of the solution they wanted but couldn’t effectively achieve it with the in-house solutions they had implemented and couldn’t find one until they came across the CMS platform from SignStix.
The estate agents had updated and transformed the whole office and also wanted the new technology to portray the same sophistication. Using their existing platform to showcase their digital 360° virtual tour experience wasn’t quite living up to their expectations, and the hunt for an alternative was needed.
With SignStix the signs and sequences were easily created and deployed by their own administration team. This move to digital as part of their strategy to be ‘different’ within the property market sector. The company choose to incorporate a video wall in their office and digital signage screens in windows to enhance a modern and innovative image for the estate agent and to communicate effectively with its clients.
As SignStix is a cloud-based platform, there was no need for the estate agents to download any special software, and the ease of the creator tool offered their administration team the ability to design its own content without the need to purchase any external creative software.
The video wall in the office shows the 360° virtual property tour experience, new developments and welcome messages, while the screens in the window also show property-specific information.
This method of communication has proved effective in both creating a welcoming first impression of the estate agent and keeping clients and employees up to date and engaged.
Sandra Kilgallon, Nicholls Tyreman:
“Working with a company that offers good customer support and having a system that is not complicated is essential to us. We have a long-standing working relationship with Iain Kilner at SignStix and as soon as he explained how the software worked, we were confident that the platform would be right for us. It also looked more straightforward than the system we were using”.
