I NEED TO CHANGE THE 2FA
AUTHENTICATOR I'M PAIRED WITH

If you or one of your users have already paired with an authenticator app and would like to change the app that is paired, login to SignStix as normal.

1. Go to the Admin Menu then User Management and select the relevant name.

You will see a section called Two Factor authentication.

2. Click on Edit. You will be then given the following option to disable 2FA

A new Authenticator app can then be set up at the next login.

NB If your client account has 2FA forced, i.e. mandatory, you will not be able to disable 2FA completely. This function will only give you the option to re-set at the next login. Only users with Full Permission can disable 2FA on a different account.

If you are still having difficulty either contact an admin within your organisation with permission to disable 2FA for users or contact support@signstix.com who will reset your account.
